1. The competition begins on June 9 2022 and ends on July 15 2022.

2. This is a game of chance and the winner will be chosen randomly.

3. Entrants must sign up to Joey Smalls’ mailing list in order to validate their entry and must agree to receive marketing emails from Joey Smalls.

4. The winner will be contacted by email. However, if the winner cannot be reached within five working days Joey Smalls may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person. Joey Smalls reserves the right to contact the selected winner by other means. Prior to receiving the prize, the winner may be required to show proof of identity, for example, their passport or driver’s license.

5. The winner will receive a meal for four including food and beverage to the value of $250 (the prize value) at Joey Smalls.

6. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. The winner must book directly with Joey Smalls via phone or email.

8. Accepting a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to be photographed and/or interviewed by a representative of Joey Smalls. The winner consents to use his or her name, photographs and/or interviews for competition or publicity purposes without compensation for an unlimited period including on Joey Smalls' website and social media channels.

9. Entry is only open to individuals who are 18 years or over on the date of entry who are residents in Australia.

10. Only one entry is allowed per person for the duration of the competition.
